Hi! I’m Nicole Magelssen, founder and CEO of Alpine Virtual.

I started my career as a virtual assistant in 2011. After working closely with business owners and seeing how powerful great support can be, I launched Alpine Virtual in 2019 with a simple goal: connect exceptional virtual assistants with great clients who truly value their work.

Today, Alpine Virtual is a team of over 35 U.S.-based virtual assistants supporting businesses across a wide range of industries. Alpine VAs bring 5+ years of administrative, executive support, or marketing experience. Our assistants help leaders stay organized, manage operations, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

But Alpine isn’t just about supporting clients. It’s also about building a team where assistants feel supported, respected, and proud of the work they do.
