Our Story
Our founder worked as a virtual assistant for eleven years before building Alpine Virtual in the summer of 2019.
When COVID-19 hit, she was laid off from her second job, which gave her the time and energy to build Alpine Virtual into a thriving agency that helps entrepreneurs, online business owners, and churches do more of what they love by taking over their administrative tasks.

Based in Denver, Colorado, she finds joy in hiking the mountains with her husband and two boys, savoring a great cup of coffee, going for a run, and baking.

Lisa brings insider knowledge from almost two decades of executive assistant experience. She enjoys working behind the scenes, digging into the details, and sifting through options in order to keep clients out of the weeds.
Lisa has been with Alpine Virtual since 2022 and thrives on bringing organization to chaos. As a dedicated account manager, she ensures seamless operations for both clients and VAs, handling everything from client communications to issue resolution with efficiency and care. With a strong background in customer service, calendar and email management, executive travel coordination, and process optimization, Lisa excels at anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to exceptional service make her an invaluable asset to Alpine Virtual.

Amanda has been with Alpine Virtual since 2021, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping virtual assistants thrive. With a robust background in marketing and administrative support, she has spent the past 13 years assisting over 100 businesses in streamlining operations and elevating their brand presence. As a VA Success Coach, Amanda provides guidance, resources, and best practices to help VAs refine their skills and deliver exceptional service to clients. Her expertise, dedication, and problem-solving skills help ensure that our VAs are set up for success. When she’s not supporting VAs, Amanda enjoys cooking in the kitchen with her husband or cozying up with her dog in Mobile, Alabama.
